OUR MOVIE REVIEW:

FCK’N NUTS is just as its title describes; unbelievably bizarre, mesmerizing and above all else - shocking. Sam Fox is a director that needs to be given a significant budget in the future, as her take on a feature would surely be something to witness. Fox first came to my attention with her horror short, Bad Acid last fall and as I had called it at the time, “a drug-induced trip that takes a phenomenal turn into the world of the odd and the unknown", the exact same comments can be utilized toward her latestFCK’N NUTS

Fueled by a neon vibrancy that could have been pulled straight from a Creepshow comic panel, Fox’s FCK’N NUTS is led by two terrific performances, showcasing a relationship at the unfortunate stage of "meeting the parents". This premise is awkwardly comical, engaging and encompassed by a looming horror that never knows when to yield. Going into the film, I expected something out of the ordinary just from the knowledge of the filmmaker’s prior work, but nothing could have prepared me for what lay ahead. If you are attracted to the strange and adore the use of practical effects, it’s safe to say that you’ll Fck'n love FCK’N NUTS!
